Author supervision

Price – from $400 per month

What is included in the service designer supervision:

  • Communication with the team of builders at the facility and on the phone, control and identification of errors in the repair, disagreement with the implementation of design project (eg check compliance with the location of plumbing and electrical conduits, the proper placement of tiles, parquet, moldings and moldings, etc.)
  • Visits to the site and in the stores or stores – 2-3 times a week. Keeping a journal of the designer’s supervision with a report on the work and identification of errors and their elimination.
  • Making changes in the project, if required and arising in the repair or furniture design and not taken into account at the design stage
  • Control of the assigned budget for the design project implementation
  • Replacement of discontinued items or long waiting for delivery
  • Selection of finishing materials and fitting at the object in order to agree the combination of colors and textures in reality (for example – the choice of tints of paint on the object with rough checks on the walls, selection of colors for floorboards, veneers, laminated wood, material for tabletops and kitchen fronts, stucco, textiles – upholstery upholstered furniture, curtains, carpets, selection of grout, skirting boards and so on)
